12月13日讯 李铁一审宣判，被判有期徒刑20年。

李铁辩护律师孙晓洋律师接受采访时表示会与李铁商量，然后再决定是否上诉。

孙晓洋律师曾经代理过南勇案。在2012年6月接受采访时，孙晓洋律师讲述过代理南勇案经历，部分采访内容如下↓

记者：您请简单介绍一下您代理此案的经历吗？

律师：去年4月，我接受了南勇家人的委托，作为南勇的辩护人。去年的8月2日，我第一次会见了南勇。截至目前，我一共会见南勇18次（包括刚才的庭后会见），其中5次是我一个人会见他，会见次数创下了我个人办案的纪录。我第一次会见他时，他还在辽宁省看守所，此后，他又先后被转到调兵山看守所和铁岭市看守所。我和南勇沟通很顺利，他对律师非常信任。

记者：上次庭审后，他在走出法庭后，还微笑着，情绪与其他涉案人员不同，您怎么看南勇对案件的态度？

律师：他也是有过焦虑情绪的，但总的来说，情绪比较平稳。
